The evening walk to Piccaninny was our first encounter with the Grampians. This low key stroll was not supposed to bring us more than a bit of stretching of the legs after driving from the Twelve Apostles. Little we know that we would rapidly be sumerge in a a new world - with lots of noise from Wallbies walking around us, and lots of new birds. And when the light was coming down, there was a curious blob on a branch. Analysis of the image brought to our delight was appear to be a baby Twany Frogmouth.
